I honestly enjoyed a lot of the second season, but the last episode I was really just like eh. The whole season felt like they didnt try, and the last episode was like what everyone says “UHM?!?”. Despite that, it had some charm, particularly with Suau and her mom. Also I agree, July was cuteeeeee, I was thinking the same exact thing when he hugged her towards the end. I also found it interesting that contractors didnt exist in the alternate copy world that Suau and July were sent to. This was obvious because there was a quick scene of Suau looking up at the stars, and you could see constellations, the most obvious sticking out in the scene was Orions Belt. No more fake sky, with stars signifying contractors . . . What a boring world that would be!!!! I wish it had the flair of the 1st season, but it just didnt have that spark that drew everyone to it. We can also blame it on the budget too, they prooooobably didnt have much of that, being that they have SO many repeat scenes… unless they really were just a bunch of lazy fools. halfway throguh I was sighing at how Suau had to go through these drawn out “summon the sniper rifle” scenes. NOT ONCE did she pull it out without the same copy/paste scene. I can say this though, personally I really liked Suau’s personal story, struggle. . . I liked alot about her. They had 2 stories going on at the same time in a 12 episode anime though, the whole time there was also the Yin part, which I thought was garbage. Yin becomes some omega doll that has evolved so much that shes like a contractor god. . . for some reason. I liked how she was in the first season, just a normal doll, that was once a human, who is Hei’s partner. Couldn’t they bring in a different character if they wanted something like that?! Her whole existence is a wtf here. Well I’m not going to go into SUPA DETAILS, so I’ll stop myself here. Good day, friends.
